Write a brief evaluation of macro and trace minerals, and the wellness implications of their inadequate or excessive intake. Describe some of the health problems that could result.
Then use a case study scenario on the macro-mineral of your choice. Thoroughly study the mineral using online or library sources. Find problem areas of mineral intake and produce realistic recommendations.
Write 300-750 words describing what you have found the solutions you propose.
Hint: Look to cultural or geographical nutrition problems. Also consider using U.S. public school systems.
