Fluids and Hydration

You can get caught in the rain, go swimming in a pool or at the ocean, have fun at the water park and grow a big garden all with the most precious substance: water, the most abundant resource on the planet. And, you guessed it, is the most abundant in your body as well. This most valuable substance is more important to you than food! How much water intake is optimal? What happens if you don’t get enough? What other liquids are good  for you, or not? Let us now explore the science of hydration, the most basic of nutritional requirements.
